Fairly Enchanted

Summary
Fairly Enchanted is a mobile game where a player must capture various Fairy Tale Creatures and throw them back into the portals from whence they came.
A player must draw a physical box to encapsulate game objects, or cast spells from various elements. Once creatures are encapsulated, the physical box can be dragged to any destination on screen.
Unfortunate Reality
With the Team consisting primarily of students, my primary effort was utilized in teaching a large range of techniques from fundamentals to optimization secrets. Due to the team's inability, the game slowly begun to stray from its target concept to compensate different skill levels. The team began to dissolve as more focused on their studies.

Team Meetings (12)
Team meetings are handled, scheduled, hosted and led by me. In these online conferences, we discuss the game's documentation, online task management (ASANA), training lessons, and specific optimization techniques to maintain an amazing mobile phone performing game while exploiting artistic levels of detail.

OVERVIEW
Having spent 2 years of self learning, I returned to school with a goal to form a team; instead found myself teaching everyone. I had hopes of shaping the perfect team, but ended up with an audience.
This only proved that the art school had nothing to offer.
